Certificate of Appreciation from Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to the Chairman of EKYL

On the 30th anniversary of the Estonian Union of Co-operative Housing Associations, the Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Ruslan Stefanchuk, awarded a Certificate of Appreciation to Andres Jaadla, the Chairman of the Board of Estonian Union of Housing Associations EKYL, for a significant personal contribution to supporting housing sector reform in Ukraine and for active participation in international initiatives aimed at restoring and modernizing the housing stock in war-affected communities across Ukraine.

The Certificate of Appreciation was presented on 17 April 2026 in Tallinn by Member of the Parliament of Ukraine, Andrii Strikharskyi.
