\"\"<\/a>The INSPIRenov Alliance: Connecting Europe around Innovative Renovation Finance<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Energy renovation of residential buildings is no longer only a technical challenge. Across Europe, it is increasingly becoming a question of finance, coordination and practical implementation. Public budgets alone cannot deliver the scale of renovation needed in the coming years, while homeowners, housing associations, banks, public authorities and market actors all need clearer models for working together.<\/p>\n

This is the challenge addressed by INSPIRenov. The project focuses on the development of innovative financial instruments and banking products for energy-efficient renovation of residential buildings in Bulgaria, with the aim of supporting a transition from grant-based renovation schemes towards more sustainable, market-oriented models combining public and private financing.<\/p>\n

As the project moves towards its final phase, one of its most important long-term outputs is the establishment of the INSPIRenov Alliance – a cooperation platform designed to extend the project\u2019s impact beyond Bulgaria and beyond the project lifetime.<\/p>\n

INSPIRenov Alliance Talks: practical webinars in June 2026<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

As part of the Alliance activities, INSPIRenov is launching the INSPIRenov Alliance Talks \u2014 a dedicated webinar series exploring practical approaches to developing and implementing blended financing tools for building renovation.<\/p>\n

Through expert presentations, real-life case studies and implementation experiences from Bulgaria, Hungary and Estonia, the series will provide actionable insights for financial institutions, housing associations, public authorities and renovation stakeholders. The webinars will focus on how blended financing tools can move from theory to practice, and how different stakeholders can contribute to more effective renovation finance models.<\/p>\n
