The Estonian Union of Co-operative Housing Associations is pleased to invite you to participate in the 12th Baltic Housing Conference<\/strong>, which will take place on 17 April 2026<\/strong> in Tallinn.<\/p>\n

Held biennially in Estonia, the Baltic Housing Conference brings together key stakeholders from the Baltic region and partner countries to discuss current developments and future challenges in the housing sector.<\/p>\n

    This theme will explore national and regional housing policies and financial tools that support the development and renovation of affordable housing. Discussions will focus on practical solutions that improve accessibility, sustainability, and the overall quality of living environments.<\/p>\n

    1. Crisis Resilience and Cross-Sector Cooperation in Housing<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      This session will address how the housing sector can better respond to economic, social, and environmental crises, as well as challenges arising from geopolitical and military threats in the region. In light of the evolving security environment, discussions will also consider housing preparedness, continuity planning, and the role of housing organisations in supporting communities during emergencies.<\/p>\n

        Participants will gain insights into successful pilot projects and innovative renovation strategies.
