The Estonian Union of Co-operative Housing Associations leads and takes part in several Estonian and European projects to support the development of cooperative housing and sustainable living environment through community engagement, strategic planning, partnership and alliance building, communication, and the implementation of knowledge-based activities as training, consulting, advisory services, research, national and international cooperation projects.
EKYL engages apartment associations to energy efficient renovations, energy poverty alleviation programs and sustainable development commitments; disseminates best practice case studies; and promotes the use of EU funds to achieving European and Estonian climate ambition.
