Emergency situation
The Estonian government has declared an emergency situation in connection with the global novel coronavirus pandemic and the likelihood that the virus may spread locally. The emergency situation is in effect through May 17, unless the government should decide otherwise. Read the Emergency situation measures.

ATTENTION! All public gatherings are banned!
It is recommended to postpone all general meetings of apartment associations planned to take place before May 1, or organize the general meetings as virtual meetings (§ 21. Adoption of resolution without calling meeting.- Apartment Ownership and Apartment Associations Act). In case of need for advice or consultation about organizing virtual meeting, contact EKYL +372 627 5740 or ekyl@ekyl.ee.
EKYL postpones all the conferences next 2 months
EKYL has made a decision to postpone 3 conferences due to the Coronavirus:
- Annual Conference of Apartment Associations in West-Estonia, which was planned to take place in March 21 2020 in Pärnu,
- Annual Conference of Apartment Associations in South-Estonia, which was planned to take place in March 28 2020 in Tartu,
- Housing Innovation Conference, which was planned to take place in April 16 2020 in Tallinn
The new dates will be announced as new circumstances emerge.
