More sustainable, efficient and decentralized energy – Highlights from the 9th Baltic Conference

The 9th Baltic Housing Conference took place on September 14, 2017 in Rakvere, Estonia providing space for discussions on best practice in the EU for improving the living environment.
The focus points of the event that has become a point of reference on housing issues in the Baltic region were energy efficiency of apartment buildings, experience of residential areas in different countries, plans of residential organizations and proposals for further housing management.
